Delivery

Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same working day.

• United Kingdom — free, delivered the next working day. Orders after 4pm go out the following working day.
• Ireland — £9.99, up to 3 working days.
• Everywhere else — £14.99, up to 7 working days. Any import duties are the customer's responsibility.

You'll receive an email with a tracking number when your order is posted. You can also check progress on the track your order page.

Returns

If the device arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you once it's returned. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order reference and a photo of the problem before posting anything back.

Because each stick is set up and activated for the buyer before dispatch, we can't accept returns of working devices once the service has been activated, unless required by law. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you still have the right to cancel an order for an unopened, unactivated device within 14 days of receiving it; return postage is paid by the customer.

Service renewal

Every stick includes 12 months of service. Renewal after that is optional and costs £60.00 a year. If you don't renew, the pre-loaded services stop; the stick continues to work as a standard Fire TV Stick.
