What we collect

When you order we collect your name, email address, delivery address, phone number if you give one, and your order details. Payment is handled by PayPal; we never see or store your card details. When you contact us we keep the message so we can reply.

How we use it

To deliver your order, send order and delivery emails, provide support, and keep records we're legally required to keep. We don't send marketing emails and we don't sell or share your data with anyone except the companies needed to fulfil your order (PayPal and the delivery carrier).

Cookies

The site uses one strictly necessary cookie to remember your basket and keep checkout secure. PayPal sets its own cookies when you pay. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Contact messages are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Email [email protected].
