Who we are
ModFireStick ("we", "us") sells pre-configured Amazon Fire TV Stick devices from the United Kingdom. You can reach us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +44 7900 716808.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed through PayPal and you receive a confirmation email with an order reference. Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK delivery. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error.
What you're buying
Each device is a genuine Amazon Fire TV Stick with additional applications installed and configured by us, including streaming applications, an on-demand video application and a VPN application. The device includes 12 months of access to these services from the date of dispatch. After that period, renewal is optional at the price shown on the site; without renewal the additional services stop and the device continues to operate as a standard Fire TV Stick.
Use of the device and services
The services are provided for personal, private use. Availability of third-party content and applications can change and is outside our control; we don't guarantee that any particular channel, programme or application will remain available. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you use the device.
Delivery, returns and refunds
See our delivery and returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Support
Support is provided by WhatsApp and email for the duration of your service period. We aim to respond within one working day.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not liable for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, for losses relating to any business use, or for the content of third-party services.
Chargebacks and disputes
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first — we resolve almost everything directly. Opening a payment dispute without contacting us may result in the device's services being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
