How does it work?
Plug the Fire TV Stick into your TV's HDMI port, connect it to your Wi-Fi and you're good to go. Every app is installed and signed in before we post it.
Is it really plug and play?
Yes. All our devices are pre-loaded. The only thing you do is connect the stick to your internet — the same as any Wi-Fi device.
When will my order be dispatched?
UK — order before 4pm and it's delivered the next day. Orders after 4pm are delivered the following business day.
Ireland — orders before 4pm are dispatched the same day and take up to 3 working days.
International — orders before 4pm are dispatched the same day and take up to 7 working days.
What's included with the device?
- Our IPTV apps — two different UK-based providers so you always have a backup.
- Stremio for TV series and films, so you don't rely on IPTV providers for the latest content.
- Private Internet Access (PIA) VPN app, to keep your usage private from your ISP or anyone else.
- The Fire TV Stick itself with the Alexa voice remote, HDMI extender, power adapter and cable.
Do I need a VPN?
Our apps have a VPN built in so you can start streaming straight away without worrying about your internet provider looking at your traffic. We also install the PIA VPN app separately so you can use it even outside our streaming apps.
What happens after a year?
You can renew the service from your account for £60 a year. If you choose not to, the streaming service stops and no further support is given — the stick itself keeps working as a normal Fire TV Stick.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal (which also takes debit and credit cards without an account), card payments and crypto. You can also message us on WhatsApp to pay as Goods and Services.
Which TVs does it work with?
Any TV with an HDMI port, which is every flat-screen TV from roughly the last 15 years. The box includes an HDMI extender for tight spaces behind wall-mounted TVs.
Can I use it in a hotel, B&B or on holiday?
Yes. It's a small stick that goes in your bag. Plug it into whatever TV you're in front of and connect it to that Wi-Fi.
